Rungs Labs, apps published by SEOExpert AI. Last updated 1 October 2026.

These terms cover every app published by SEOExpert AI under the Rungs Labs name (Rungs Calisthenics, Rungs Running, Rungs Cycling, Rungs Swimming and Rungs Meditation) and this website. By signing in or using an app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

The apps

Each Rungs app teaches one skill as a ladder of guides you work through at your own pace. One Google account works in every Rungs app. Some goals, training plans and sessions are free; others need a subscription, and are marked with a lock.

Age

The apps are for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you sign in, and in some countries a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for you.

Not medical advice

The guides are general information, not medical advice, and are not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified physician. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise, running, cycling, swimming or meditation programme, especially if you have a health condition or are unsure whether an activity is safe for you. You use the apps, and follow any guide, at your own risk. Stop if something hurts or feels wrong, and see a doctor.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account; we do not keep a separate password for Rungs. Keep your Google account secure, since anyone signed into it can open your Rungs account and any active subscription. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu, or by email; see the delete account page.

Subscriptions

Some goals and training plans in an app need a subscription to that app, called Pro. A few goals and plans stay free in every app so you can try it first, and which ones are free can change over time.

Nothing is sold inside the apps. Pro is bought only on this website, at the price shown on the checkout page before you pay: in Indian rupees if you live in India, and in US dollars everywhere else. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and we never see or store your card or bank details. You tell us the country you live in, and in India your State, because the tax invoice needs them; please give the place you really live.

A subscription renews automatically, at the price and the length you chose (monthly or yearly), until you cancel; there is no free trial today. Payments are not refunded: cancelling stops future renewals instead. Cancel any time from the account menu in the app: cancelling stops the next renewal, you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends, and your progress is kept either way. Deleting your account cancels a subscription that would renew. Each app's subscription unlocks that app only. If a payment does not unlock Pro within a few minutes, or something else goes wrong with one, email us at the address below.

Refer and earn

Anyone with a Rungs account can share their own referral code from Refer and earn in the account menu. A code only works for someone who is new to every Rungs app: it is entered once, on the sign-in page, when that person's account is first created, and never applies to an account that already exists or to your own.

A friend who signs up with your code gets 3 free days of Pro. There is no payment to make, no card to add, and nothing renews when the days run out.

You earn days of Pro in three ways: 1 day for each friend who signs up with your code; 3 more days once that friend's first subscription payment has stood for 3 days without being refunded or cancelled; and 14 more days each time your total of friends who signed up with your code reaches another 100 (at 100, 200, 300 and so on).

Days are Pro days, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred to another account, and can be spent one at a time on any of the five Rungs apps. A day you spend adds a day of Pro to that app, on top of any days already running there; it does not replace or change a subscription you pay for, and nothing about it renews.

We may pause the program, or end it, at any time. If we do, the days you already have stay yours and still work. We may withhold or remove days that were gained through fraud, fake or duplicate accounts, or anything else that games the program, and suspend the accounts involved, as the fair use section below allows.

The program rewards only a genuine new account and a genuine subscription payment. It never asks for, or rewards, ratings, reviews or app installs.

What is yours, what is ours

The guides, the exercise library and the apps themselves belong to SEOExpert AI. You may use them for your own practice. Please do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute them, or reverse-engineer the apps, without asking us first at the address below. Your workout progress is yours; see the privacy policy for how we keep it.

Fair use

Use the apps as they are meant to be used: for your own practice, signed in as yourself. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to our servers, or use the apps to harm anyone else.

Changes

An app or this website may change: guides get rewritten, new goals and plans arrive, and prices can change for new subscribers, though never for a period you have already paid for. We update this page when the terms themselves change, and the date at the top shows the last change. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Ending your access

You can stop using an app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, most of all the fair use section above.

No warranty, limited liability

The apps are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SEOExpert AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for personal injury caused by our own negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
