Rungs Labs

Delete your account

Rungs Labs, apps published by SEOExpert AI.

This page covers Rungs Calisthenics and every other Rungs app, and the Pilgrim's Journal on this website. One account works in all of them, and deleting it removes it from all of them.

In the app

  1. Open the account menu, the person icon at the top right.
  2. Choose Delete account.
  3. Confirm.

Your account and your record in our database are removed straight away, and the app signs you out. A Pro subscription bought on rungslabs.com that would renew is cancelled first, in every app, so you are not charged again.

On this website

Sign in to your journal, go to Account at the bottom of the page, choose Delete my account and confirm. It deletes the same account as the apps.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@rungslabs.com from the email address on your Google account and say you want your account deleted. We will delete it and reply within thirty days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, including your email, name, profile picture link and account ID, and your record in our database, with your workout progress, your referral code and your balance of Pro days, and your Pilgrim's Journal: every visit, note and photo, your plans, and your public profile, whose address stops working and whose handle is freed.

What is kept, and for how long

If you bought a subscription, the tax invoices for your payments and renewals, and the payment details they are made from, are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, which is at least 72 months, even after your account is deleted, because the law requires it. They hold the payment ID, the amounts, the product, your State or country and your account ID, never your name, email or postcode. The privacy policy has more.

If you joined with a friend's referral code, the friend who shared it keeps an entry in their own friends list saying that a friend joined and whether they subscribed, never your name or email.

Standard server request logs are not tied to your account. They hold the time, the address requested, your IP address and your app's user agent, and Google Cloud deletes them on its own after thirty days.
