Delete your account

This page covers Rungs Calisthenics and every other Rungs app. One account works in all of them, and deleting it removes it from all of them.

In the app

1. Open the account menu, the person icon at the top right.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your account and your record in our database are removed straight away, and the app signs you out.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@rungslabs.com from the email address on your Google account and say you want your account deleted. We will delete it and reply within thirty days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account, including your email, name, profile picture link and account ID, and your record in our database.

What is kept, and for how long

Standard server request logs are not tied to your account. They hold the time, the address requested, your IP address and your app's user agent, and Google Cloud deletes them on its own after thirty days.
