Privacy policy
Rungs Labs, apps published by SEOExpert AI. Last updated 21 October 2026.
This policy covers every app published by SEOExpert AI under the Rungs Labs name, and this website. The apps are for people aged 13 and over.
What we collect
You sign in to an app with your Google account. Google shares your account ID, email address, name and a link to your profile picture with Firebase, Google's sign-in service, which keeps them for us so that one account works in every Rungs app. We use your email to show you which account you are signed in with, and, when you tap a locked program in an app, to send you one email with a link to buy Pro on our website (at most one a day for each app). Nothing else. Our apps never show or use your picture.
Our own database holds one small record per account: your account ID, your plan and the date you joined. It does not hold your email or your name.
Our database also keeps your workout progress in each app: the days, sessions and check-ins you have done and the runs you have finished, so it is there the next time you sign in on any phone.
For Refer and earn, it also keeps your own referral code, your balance of Pro days and the days you have spent on each app, and, if you joined with someone's code, which account shared it.
When an app asks our server for a guide, our hosting provider, Google Cloud, keeps a standard request log with the time, the address requested, your IP address and your app's user agent, meaning the app version and your phone's software, for up to thirty days, to run and secure the service. When you sign in, Firebase also receives your IP address, your app's user agent and the app's Firebase ID, to secure sign-in and prevent abuse.
On your phone, an app keeps a copy of the guide you last opened so that it works offline, and it remembers that you are signed in. Signing out or deleting your account clears both.
Subscriptions
Nothing is sold inside the apps. Pro is bought on our website, rungslabs.com, and paid through Razorpay, a payment company, which handles your card, UPI or bank details; we never see or store them. Before you pay we ask the country you live in and, in India, your State, because the tax invoice needs them. Razorpay tells our server about each payment, so we know which account and which app to unlock.
Our database keeps, for each subscription: your account ID, the app, the plan you chose, the country and State you gave, whether it is active and when it renews or ends. For each payment it keeps the payment ID, the amount and currency, the date, whether the card was issued outside India, and the country Razorpay reports for the card. It never keeps your card number, your name or your address.
The email that tells you how to get Pro is sent by Resend, an email delivery company, from mail.rungslabs.com. Its link is for your account and one app, and stops working after 7 days or once it has been used to pay.
Invoices
We issue a tax invoice for each payment and each renewal. A buyer in India gets a GST invoice that records the payment ID, the date, the amounts and tax, the product and the State you gave. A buyer anywhere else gets an export invoice, in US dollars, that records the country you gave instead. No invoice records your postcode, your name or your email.
We keep invoices, and the payment details they are made from, for as long as Indian tax law requires, which is at least 72 months. Because the law requires it, they are kept, with your account ID, even after you delete your account. Invoices from purchases made through Google Play before October 2026 are kept the same way.
Referrals
If you join with someone's referral code, the person who shared it can see, on their Refer and earn page, that a friend joined and whether that friend has subscribed, with a date such as "3 days ago". They never see your name, your email, your account ID or what you paid. That entry is part of their own count of friends and the days they earned from it, so it stays on their account even if you later delete yours.
The Pilgrim's Journal
On this website you can sign in with the same Google account and keep a journal of the places on our lists you have done. For each visit it keeps the place, the activity, the month and year (and the day, if you give it), an optional short note and an optional photo, and whether you have hidden it from your public profile. It also keeps the places you plan to do, and, if you set one up, your public profile: the handle and the name you chose, and whether it is public.
Your journal is private. Only you can see it, through our server, after signing in. Photos are kept in private storage at Google Cloud and are shown only to you. Before a photo leaves your device, the page makes it smaller and saves it again as a new image, which removes the location and camera details that phones store inside photos.
A public profile is off unless you switch it on. When it is on, anyone with its address, rungslabs.com/p/ and your handle, can see the name you chose, the places you have done with the month and year and their photos, the places you plan to do, and your progress on each list. It never shows your email, your Google name or picture, the day of a visit, or a note, unless you mark that note public. You can hide any visit from it, or switch it off, at any time, and it disappears straight away. Search engines are asked not to list it.
To remember that you are signed in, the journal page stores a sign-in token from Firebase in your browser, and a note that you have signed in, so the list pages can show their I've been here button. Signing out clears them.
What we do not do
We do not show ads, we do not use analytics or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell or share your information. The only companies that handle it are Google and Firebase, who run sign-in and the servers, Razorpay, who handles payments, and Resend, who delivers the one email about Pro. The only things another person ever learns about you are the referral entry described above, and only if you joined with their code, and your public journal profile, and only if you switch it on.
Where it is kept
Our database and our server run in Google's data centre in Iowa, in the United States. Firebase keeps sign-in details on Google's systems, which may be outside your country.
Deleting your account
Open the account menu in any app and choose Delete account. That removes your account and your record in our database straight away, including your progress, your referral code, your day balance, and your journal: every visit, note and photo, your plans, your public profile and its handle. On this website you can do the same from the Account section of your journal. A subscription bought on our website that would renew is cancelled first, so you are not charged again. You can also email us and we will do it for you. Invoices, and the payment details they are made from, are the one exception: the law requires us to keep them, as described above. The delete account page has the steps.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, at the address below.
Children
The apps are for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us and we will delete it.
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you sign in. In some countries the law sets a higher age for agreeing to how your information is used, and a parent or guardian has to agree for you.
This website
This website does not use cookies, ads or analytics. The journal keeps your sign-in in your browser's own storage, as described above. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the service.
Changes
If an app gains another feature that touches personal information, such as a question to our bot, this policy is updated before that version is released. The date at the top shows the last change.
